i can spot a cop real good its a talent i have and even if in traffic when i cant see the cop i know they are there when traffic is going slower than usual
The crying thing doesn't work in New York...I just repeat myself over and over "license and registration." I had someone try the crying thing in June...all it does is aggrivate the officer even more and makes him or her want to issue more summonses.
Anyway, yeah, no matter what car I drive, there are always a couple of people who know a cop is there. They usually spot the Crown Vic style headlights, because it's impossible to see the lights on our low profile cars unless they are activated.

Well, sometimes they work. Our POP unit (problem oriented policing) which handles drugs, minor gang problems, etc. drives unmarked Fords, but does have access to our departments unconventional (unmarked regular cars) cars. I believe theres a Maxima, an Accord and a few other things at HQ. As for the NYPD, they have at least 200 unconventional cars that police use. I'd say 95% of the time in my department that we'll use unmarked cars are for traffic enforcement, or important superior officers get them.
Most people can tell by the way we talk that we're cops, I don't do detective or undercover work though, so I don't know how well I'd do at all.

Yeah Troop L of NYS uses Camaros on the Northern State and Southern State pkwys. I actually stopped the first 7th gen yet for me last week...it was for an equipment violation and I ended up letting the operator go because she knew someone.

Lmfao hey Polaris don't go there. Or I may have to take your a$$ out. You know what though I bet I can get out of all three of those tickets. Plus I was refering to the crying to get out of it more than the ticket thing. My bad I missed one measily a$$hole cop sitting at a stop light. Like you haven't done that before. Oh and Polaris call me.
I forgot to mention how many people male or female do you know will get out of the car and b!tch at the cop that is writing the ticket cuz they aren't doing their job??? I don't think it helped my case but it was funny anyhow.
I sure wish my car was newer

Same thing happened to me a while ago. Girl in a Trans Am, she wasn't pretty, was revving at me. And my car was brand new and stock (still is.) So the light turns green, she peels out, cop turns the corner, I take my slow start, cop turns on the lights, pulls her over... I drive away at the speed limit laughing. Good times at midnight...

Flame all you want, but my friend was revving at a girl in a GST, she smoked his a$$!! He felt differently about girl drivers after that. And yes she was driving a stick.
