Someone please help me out real quick, crazy stuff...

Alright, i took my friend to pick up his blazer (he just got bags) and we stopped at a del taco. Were sitting there and up rolls my dream car

2000 Civic SI, black, lowered and it has a for sale sign! So i take a closer look and i see the list of things he has done to it, B20B swap, aem header and exhaust, cold air intake, high pressure fuel rail & boost adjuster, type R cams, HD clutch, new trans & axles. 17" Gt sport wheels, 2 1/4" lowering springs, camber correction kit. The guy said it was dynod and the guy said it was about 210hp (crank)

So the question is, How much could i sell my car for??? It is...

2002 civic coupe ex, silver, automatic, 17" rims w/ low profile tires (from dealer $1200) the rims are by Elite and the tires by Federal i believe... JVC KD-SX780 head unit just bought 2 weeks ago, 2 12" fosgate subs 400 watts each, dhd amp 250w + 250w

I would say go for it!!!!.......
I had the choice of a 99'SI..(used).. just how I wanted it........or my 7thgen..(brand new).....
After I noticed how dam'd slow the car was........I am curious about the SI......should I made the decision I did???.......Ask yourself...........(but I love 7thgen body style).......

No offense JKeezo, but it does seem like it might be an impulse buy... Why didn't you look for your "dream car" before buying the 2k2 ex? I imagine it must be fairly new still too. Well, I wouldn't want to be the one to say don't do it, but it might be a costly mistake... Just think it through. JMO.

hey, what are you talkin about insurance rates? cause like i dunno how it is with you, but when i change cars, ( which is about monthly now) i go in and tell them what the new car is,t hey get the vin number, and i dont pay anything more or less, unless i went from full to liability...and im only 18....i went from a camaro to a 2k1 civic to a 2k2 civic and the rate didnt change at all...so whats the dillio with that?

i dont know, i thought there would be some trouble/ high rates because of the different engine in a different car thing, i guess i could talk to htown and see what he knows about it (or just call my insurance company)
