Got my 1st (FREE) issue of modified
A couple weeks back someone posted a link to a free subscription to "modified"... Well I got my 1st ish today. It looks pretty cool... I'm not really an engine buff or anything like that, but this mag is definitely more diverse than I expected... I kind of imagined articles like "Rice 101" and "Altezza shootout." Do a search, maybe you can still get it for free...

Its not that bad i wish they had more advertisements for parts thats one reason i like buying mags...Hey maybe we should make out own 7thgen civic mag.Post only parts for our 7th gen civic hehe i bet everyone would like a subscription
yea i got mine in the mail today too.. havnt really read the articles yet. just glanced thru the pages. but from the looks, it seems like a pretty good magazine. i like how there arnt many ads.

Rep Power: 0 I got mine yesterday as well. I had completely forgotten about it. I skimmed through but didn't see anything that I felt like reading. I don't know if i'll pick it up again or not. Heck, I already have 5 subs as it is.

Rep Power: 0 i got my issue as well.. the mag claims it's hitting the sport compact car market, but i think this mag is for the motor heads. you've gotta really be into engine beefing, cuz that's pretty much what this magazine paints its pages with.

Rep Power: 0 Yeah, it had mostly racing stuff. They talk about the engiine build-ups but they should have included pics of the process. And yeah, the font and setup kinda make it look like a yearbook. Still free so I can't complain.
