just curious...

okay. i've been away from home for about a month and i'll be away for about another month. my civic is sitting all by its lonesome with nobody to start it or drive it. my question is, is there anything that can go wrong from the car sitting unused for two months? i'm just curious. it's kind of a moot issue because there's nothing i can do until i get back home. {i worry too much about my damn car}

Nothing will go bad. Just change the oil when you get home is all.

The only thing to really worry about is the hoses drying up and corroding. That usually takes a while though. Just make sure you check everything before starting it up.

if you live near the bay area, just hand over the keys to me and i'll make sure it runs the next month. this way you have nothing to worry about. i'll do this free of charge.

Yeah I had my car just sitting for 5 weeks or so and I came back it started right up and took it for a drive not a problem. Never knew how much I missed till I was stuck for 5 weeks driving my old 88 DX with a 4 speed and tires that are so loud on the highway you can't hear the stereo with it way up.
