"I" think any thread concerning the K20A swap is worthless until it's actually done... my 2 cents... who else here agrees? I'm not putting down the potential of our cars but it's the godamn truth... So whoever is doing the swap, good luck & can i have whatever is left from the swap? even if someone get's it done..what good is it to me? i ain't got the money to burn... education man.. education

Its a great idea to have a seperate post now. It was 500+ pages! Just, somebody should post a recap of what is happening, what was said in the other thread, the current timeline of what basically has just passed so newbie readers to the thread won't get lost as they would have in the past thread.
BTW, I can run by there tomorrow, by the address below, it should only be about 5-10 minute drive from me. I would probaly be able to go there by 3:30p.m. So unless I need an appointment, or anything else. It would be a go. I will still call before anything else.
The address I have is :
632 W. Williamson Ave #D
Fullerton, CA 92832

RAY! You're the MAN!!! Htown said as long as you call first, you should be cool to drop by and take some pics.

From what I recall, the crossmember from the RSX just arrived in the past few days, and the swap is now scheduled for completion in the next 2-3 weeks.

Hey,
I'm in a hurry but I just went to the shop, took some pictures, and now jammed back home to put them up here before I go out.
I will resize later on with adjustsments to the pictures. But there wasn't done at this time, and next week is when they start testing. So next week I should be there with more pics.
Will give a full report later.

Hey,
I just got home (02:50a.m) and I'm a little too tired to touch up the pictures, but I will say :
Import Builders are quite intent on making this work. From the moment I arrived, they were discussing with another customer (who is getting a H22 in his car) that this car was brought from Texas, and its going to be a real pain putting that bad boy in it.
After inquiring and talking to Jeff, he said its going to be a pain in the *** to make it work properly. I was short on time so I didn't get the whole reasoning, like specifics but I'm sure fromt the threads this has already been brought up.
They said they were going to put the engine in next week, and start doing the tests and if ALL is perfect then it would be done. Which they told me was not likely, and they gave me a realistic time-line of about 2-3 weeks.
They came across as if this job and procedure was nearly impossible, and were skeptical with alot of issues, but they said if there is a will there is a way. And they would try their best in putting it in.
I will probaly swing by there again next Friday, and hopefully they have the engine in the bay, and I will surely get more detailed in-person information and also the hear-say, because sometimes over the phone or e-mail conversations are worded accordingling.
