finally...
yes...my car went into the shop today...I will hopefully have it back on July 10th. I hope they do a good job and everyhting looks factory again, then its time to start moddin'

as I posted earlier, I forgot to put on my e-brake and my car rolled to the next house where it hit a tree. I was so pissed. I am the biggest idiot ever...yes I know...go ahead tell me how dumb I am.

So.. um.. does the "PARKING" automatic transmission actually "lock" the wheels or nah? I always use the E-brake, but just wondering... What does the PARKING option do braking wise?

park on an auto does the following to stop your car from going (please note that I know excessively little about cars firsthand and am open to correction):
locks the transmission into place by inserting a pin through a hole in a gear (or something very similar to that). I am told that if you are going too fast when you shift into park you can snap this pin and then park = neutral.
