hey guys, i saw a red sti wrx last sat at a mall in schamburg (near chicago) i thought that these weren't comin out till next year? looked real from what i saw...anyone know anything bout this?[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

yes they are called stickers...thats all it is...jsut a wrx with some stickers and nice kit...

I am not 100% sure on this but they are not supposed to be out yet and they will all be blue with gold wheels..at least initially.

i didn't get that good of a look at it, but i thought that maybe i was wrong on when it came out...prolly was just some stickers, still looked good though...

hey i bet they are jsut stickers because i saw a wrx and it had the sti stuff all over the car like the real sti's too either they are stickers or they are real and we never knew they came to the US.

Well this is weird. I went to the Subaru dealer here in Tampa today(mastro), and there was a blue WRX with some changes to the front....so I go around to the back of the car, and lo and behold, an STi emblem. Then, I was driving home and what looked like the same car passes me and shifts gears-it sounded like an STi-and takes off like a madman. It was left-side drive, too. I'm getting very confused.

Sports Compact Car mag talks all about the evo VII and the STI. The Sti will not be in the US till POSSIBLY next year and they're not even sure of that and is or when it comes there are talk of modifications. Till now I doubt that there are any STi's roaming the streets of the US unless they were imported and have a right side driver.
