0wn3d yet another WRX.
I guess that makes me 2 for 2 in the "VS a WRX" department.
I was on my way to my friends house today, crusing as normal (at about 80) on the freeway, when I come up behind a newer (had real plates) silver WRX with 2 occupants. I was about to go around the guy when I noticed that he was going so slow in the fast lane because a CHP officer was crusing in the slow lane. Eventually the cop turned on his lights and sped off down the freeway for some unknown reason, so traffic sped up and cleared somewhat. Thats when the dude in the WRX took off, and you KNOW there is no way im going to pass up an oppertunity like this.
Already doing about 80, i downshift into 4th, arm my system and take off after him. It took all of about 2 or 3 seconds before I was pulling on him. By 90 I was stuck on the guys *** because he wasnt accelerating fast enough. I see the driver peeking at me his his rear view every few seconds then the passenger turns his whole head to see (i guess he was looking to see if i had a FMIC or something). As soon as he did that i staired back at him and pointed to the right because i wanted them to move the hell over. after a few more seconds of him trying to pull away in vane, the guy moved over and i started to pass him up. As i was pulling allong side him to pass his *** i look over to see 2 teenage asian kids stairing at me as i point and laugh. I then proceded to put a good 3 or 4 lengths on him before shutting down. the guy hung back untill i took my exit, when he floored it past me all quick as i was taking the off ramp.

He's cheating using his "NAWS" system..... I've never heard anybody "arming" a turbo

yea thats my other SN. and im not exactly stock other then the N20. i said i LOOK stock other then the N20 (i.e. stock exhaust, no body kit, craptezzas, turbo blinkers, ricer wings... or any spoiler for that matter, blue headlight bulbs and what not).
and yes, i DO have a turbo. unfourtionatly, its sitting in my closet.

Rep Power: 0 JoeB16-----It seems like I have read several stories of you racing and using nitrous. I assume that you use it quite often. How long or how many miles have you put on your si since the installation of the nitrous system? Have you noticed any ill affects? Oh, by gosh, how often do you fill that friccken bottle?

ive been running it for about 20K miles, i fill my 10 Lb bottle once every 2 to 3 weeks, and no ive noticed no detramental effects other then frying a crappy ZEX spark plug (NEVER buy those). but no dammage done to the engine it self. i had already upgraded my clutch and axles with race pieces before building power, so no breakage there either. im also smart about how i installed and how i run my system (ie CHECK you damn spark plugs at least once a month.. how damn hard is that?)
