10" NEON $9.99
Walmart has these for 9.99 in blue, purple, red, and a few other colors, they can be just on, or bounce to the music. sorry the pic sucks, the light is bad in here.

yeah those are pretty badd a$$... i got 4 blue ones.. one for each seat.. and they light up nice and bright!!.. and they have lil dials on it so u can adjust the sensitivity so they blink to the beats.
but heres a warning.. try to get the ones that are sealed inside the plastic.. dont get the ones that are stapled.. and with that cheap of a price there are bound to be duds.. i bought 4.. but 2 of them were duds and i had them exchanged.. they 2 duds appeared working fine untill turning them on and off a few times.. one started lighting up half way.. and the other refused to turn on!!..
but 10 bux for 10 inches cant be beat!!.. and its a real 10 inches.. not 6 inches of neon and 4 inches of plastic like those pepboy ones.. and those were 20 bux!!!!..
ill post pics once i get them developed.

I'd be careful with those, i have 2 of those wal-mart neon sticks in my car and recently one of them blew out or something. it lights up but the light is only 1/8 as bright as before. all my other sticks (streetglow) are working fine tho. if i were you, id pay the extra and get some streetglow or liteglow neon sticks. just my opinion.
