Honda civic ex 1.7

I been replace in the crankshaft sensor I need kids popping up I put it in timing 4 times already and nothing still doesn't past 3 and a 1/2 rpm anybody know this problem I will gladly appreciate it

You have a CEL for a crankshaft position sensor? Did you use an OEM sensor? What code are you getting?
