Rep Power: 0 my girlfreind has an 02 civic lx that i drive often. i like it. so i had to buy her an AEM cai for starters. I also let her have my other cd player, amp, and sub to put in her car. i'm trying to get more parts for her ride, but i'm not exactly rollin' in the cash right now. anyone have a good mod or idea for a mod for a 2 door lx 5 speed that isn't too costly?

Excellent, one of the best mods I have done to the vic. The best mod I have done cost me 5 bucks and that was clearing the headlights.

Rep Power: 0 i saw the thread on how to clear the head lights. i may try that today on my gf's car. but do i need to take the bumper cover completely off? it's not a problem if i have to, but i'd like to save as much work as i can. And i've also read about the revo, that there are two different versions out now. How do i buy the newer one? thanx

Rep Power: 0 Yes, you will have to remove the bumper to get the headlights out. There are metal bars that the headlights secure to, then the bars secure to the frame, then the bumper clips on to those bars. I wasn't aware that a new revo was out so I can't offer an opinion.

Rep Power: 0 Well this picture was taken about 1/3 of the way down. Of course I reeled him in and by the time we hit the end I had about 12 car lengths on him. ...Not really. He kicked my ham up between me ears. It looked about like that at the end. We have come up against each other again since that pic and things were much closer, but he still won. We have about the same about of $$$ into our cars. However, those were time trials, and he is always going home earlier than me once the elims start. Oh, btw - he uses drag slicks, and I am on street tires too. Thought you might enjoy the photo, since you are always trash talking. (I mean that in a good way) If you are interested here are the points standings: Linkage to the pointage
