it's nice man. but where did you get the pod and the blue tint. I can't find anybody to do it for me. I recomend putting the heat shield back on. All that heat is just heating up that cold air intake.

The window tint isn't actually blue, that's just how the picture turned out.
The gauges are for fuel pressure, A/F ratio, and EGT. They're really not necessary yet, but I'm planning on redoing the fuel system and ECU and doing new JE pistons at the end of summer (if they come out on schedule), then hopefully a custom turbo/intercooler setup next year sometime. All based on money. Got the gauges on sale now, so decided to get them early.
I temporarily used a temperature sensor under the hood (both close to the intake and on top of the radiator) before and after I removed the heat shield, it made very little difference at idle, highway speeds, and full out acceleration, so I just left it off instead of drilling through it for the EGT probe.
The gauge pod is a completely custom piece made from the original pillar piece, covered and dyed to look exactly like factory grain and color. Took a while, but turned out really well.
The thing under my stereo deck is an Epicenter 150 bass enhancement and SPL meter. Basically it takes the lowest octaves of a song and drops it down more, works really well with rock and techno if you want more bass.

::cough:: rice i never figured the point of excessive guages. last night i saw a blown corvette, with guages...then again that car needed it. besides the seats i dont know what in gods name made you do that stuff to your car...like with the header...why do you want to take off the heat shield so everyone can see your rust covered header.

Fuel pressure reads 44psi, A/F ratio hits 3 green bars at idle, all green at WOT, and EGT idles at 760F, peaks at 1450F if I accelerate hard up to 90, then it levels back off at 1150F at 85mph on the highway.
I think it's tight. You should see if you can get a blue honda badge for your steering wheel to match the rest of the theme. Perhaps you could color the stock one. You should also paint your A/C vents blue and the stereo face blue. A Q for you though, why do you have an air/fuel ratiometer AND an EGT gauge? Seems a little redundant... I think it looks good. Needs to be dropped...lose the altezzas...do some more coloring on the interior...other than that, it looks good. I like the guage pods, though not needed...they look damn good! You should take them somewhere and have them mass-produced so we can buy some...
Drop it, loose the Altezzas, The gauge pods are cool but I fell they are spaced too far apart. The highest pod is way up there so you would have to move your big head up just to see it.
