Honda Civic 04 EX Coupe Check Engine Light
Honda Civic 04 EX Coupe Check Engine Light
So on a ski trip two weeks ago my check engine light came on. I checked the manual and it said to make sure the gas cap was on tightly. Sure enough, I popped the fuel door along with the trunk when getting my snowboard. The light went away eventually after tightening the cap and closing the door.
Fast forward to now, the light is back to haunt me. I took my car to firestone and they gave me four codes:
P1456 Evaporative
P01378 Sensor
P0134 O2 sensor
P0132 (maybe FICM voltage circuit low)
They wanted $99 to dive deeper to figure out exactly what the issue is. Pep boys offered to find the issues for $40 and, if fixed that day, to waive the fee.
I'm wondering if it's worth it to fix myself. Any thoughts? Thanks!
My civic has ~138k miles and the scheduled maintenance light came on, which I turned off.

P0132 only applies to a CNG car (GX).
You got a GX car?
P0134 A/F Ratio Sensor no activity.
What was the p01378 code typo?
P0137 rear O2 sensor low voltage.
P0138 rear O2 sensor high voltage.
P1456 EVAP leakage, tank system. Typically is a loose gas cap, or one that doesn't seal correctly for whatever reason. COuld be other things, but that's the typical cause. Erase the codes and see if it comes back later on.
I would erase the codes and see what comes back right away, chase that first.
Record the Freeze Frame data too, that can be helpful.
The AF sensor code, I would usually just replace the sensor if the code repeats.
However, if it sets at the same time as the rear O2 code, there may be a different underlying problem (like a tank of E-85?).

Thanks so much! I was given the codes over the phone so I don't know the code mistake. But I'll reset and go to autozone and take a picture of what shows up again.
