Totally up to you, it's your ride to customize.
I would get Bride racing seats up front, then have a shop recover my headliner and rear seats with matching Bride fabric.

I gotta 01 lx coupe headliner thats cleared and ready for customization... wish I could find someone to trade with so I could go back to stock and not pay 200 for a new one.

most people only put in front seats even if they dont match. altho, black goes with pretty much anything. and you could get a couple black "bride" seatbelt pads for the rear to balance it out.
