they don't even look that alike... if someone owns a Civic, he/she can definitely tell apart the two.
in addition to what ID said...
the bumper is different
hood has the line in the middle, like the other Acuras
if it has leather (stock), then it has a sunroof
if it is cloth, then no sunroof
4-wheel disc brakes
dash looks slightly different with wood trim and Acura emblem and stuff
1973, you're giving Torontonians a bad name... come on, just chill, maybe the forums should have filters... people can filter out all threads that has "rice" or "ricey", etc.
P.S. Canada is an independent country not the 51st state

No! Really?
<princessbride>Inconceivable!</princessbride>
BTW, there is no crease/line down the center of the hood on this car.
As for the newbie comments...

How could you guys possibly argue over such a stupid thing............if you don't like it here, 1973......and if you feel the average intelligence on this site is below yours, ......and all your efforts to help this site falls within humor reading...then let me be the first indroduce you to the door by removing you!!!!...so that way "YOUR HUMOR READING"...want give you your pleasure you ever so desire!!!!!!!!!!!
<< Someone new just moved in to my apartment complex. He/she (I don't know - never saw the owner) has a 7th generation Civic. I noticed it had some different wheels. Upon closer inspection, I see it has Acura OEM wheels (15 inch). I walk to the back of the car and, lo and behold, the owner has removed the "Civic" and Honda "H" and trim level badges and replaced them with Acura badges. As far as I can tell it has nothing else other than those "mods".
My opinion is that I'd like an RSX too, but my car can't magically transform into an RSX by changing badges and wheels (jeez he didn't even get bigger than stock wheels). >>
let me be the first to actually reply properly to this post...
if that person did change all that, what a l-o-s-e-r...someone should turn their boot sideways and stick it up the owner of that car's candy
I agree, I don't think you can confuse the 1.7 to the Civic 4 dr anyways cause it has a different front and back lights... He's just trying to be different but didn't realize he was being a "rice" at the same time...
