i think it will be a damn good race if it is an ex 5spd, vrs. ls 5spd....as long as both drivers are decent.....i would put money on the integra though...

Yeah, integra would win. I almost bought Ls integra, I'm glad I didn't though I love my EX 5spd even when it was stock, the cheapest VTEC engine.

my bf has an ls teg and he spanks me all the time... no pun intended... but hes got alot of stuff done to his car, i just have an intake... so hands down... integra will win... (maybe if it wasnt hooked up then it'd be diff)

The horsepower difference is almost negligable. But if you had tow identical drivers, the LS would win based on the fact that it just has more torque.

I raced 3 intgaras so far, 2 of them LS, one of them RS.. officially race, from dead stop... mine's an Auto LX.. the others were sticks.

Won 2...

The one, a little modified, he took off on me (being stick and all) but I was slowly catching up and eventually passed him, but had to take it to high speeds (140km/h.. or about 80-90mph)

Honestly, Integara SHOULD be faster.. I think they were just one of the 95% of bad drivers out there.. bad not as in doing careless things, but not faster enough toe to heel action.

Me and a friend of mine wanted to hit this off, so we did.
Sorry for the late reply, I jus found this thread and I was like, WOAH! I kno!
We both have automatics I am a 2001 Civic EX coupe, he's a 99 Integra LS auto with a generic SRI.
I gutted my ride out but he was too lazy to do his so I had a lot of weight advantage but he has the 140hp DOHC and a SRI. THe race was a 0-100mph and he beat me by a few inches. The pics came out really really really close.
I had him 0-40 by like a foot then every 5 mph he inched up and when it got around 80mph we were tied and then he kept incheing his way to a win.... O well!
