2004 M/T Help

Ok, so I have a 2004 Honda Civic LX with a manual transmission. All gears work perfectly fine.(Nice smooth in shifting) However, in all gears....(I'm not sure on reverse) I get a sound from what I believe is the bearings. Sounds almost like a "Grr" when accelerating. When the clutch is in when switching gears the sound disappoears until in the next gear.

If it is in fact the bearings, should I have the bearings replaced or do I have a complete M/T issue?

Kinda sucks because I just bought the car 2 weeks ago....( NO NOISE THEN OF COARSE )

I would appreciate your input and expertise.

Thanks!
