My poor car!!!

Well after taking care of my baby for the 8 months that I had it and driving careful from one too many speeding tickets....my baby was wrecked....(not my fault, some guy turned left in front of me). She is sitting in a body shop with close to $10,000 damages and the the other guys insurance co. is wanting to fix it. I should have gotten a pic...life sucks....

Just make sure u have the receipts of u're mods so the insurance company will pay you back for them. At least it's his fault.

I would say at 10,000 thats a total. Depending on the type of policy you have, an insurance company isn't necessarily required to pay for aftermarket mods.

Well they got a final total of about $9k in damages, but it has to 80% of the market value of the car b4 they total it out... what kind of crap is that. They started fixing it...I should see if they can take out all the door dings while they are at it...I don't even think that I am going to get any extra money out of it either...

That sucks man, when I rolled mine it was about $10K and they told me that it had to be 75% of the cars MSRP before they would write it off, I am not sure if I am happier to have my old girl back or if I would rather have gotten a new one.
Good Luck man.
