Weird stuff. All it means in the computer scanner world is "Total Chlorine Free". It's a way of making paper without the use of Chlorine. Has little to do with the scanner itself. Maybe he transposed letters. Is there a CTF, or CFT scanner I wonder?

Hey, think I got it TCF=Transparent Computing Facility. I think it is those scanners that are used for scanning products at a register (like the ones at a grocery store) Read this site and maybe it will help. Read me.

On second look maybe its just talking about a regular flatbed scanner...man I don't know...thought I was onto something...maybe it helps anyway...meh...I would say yes to the question and then plead ignorance and say that you thought they were talking abut something else.
