So I was talking to another member about buying his Apex'i ws exhaust. Didn't know how to say that brand and said something like "Ahpex-e" anyone know if I was anywhere close?

Anyways post up brand names and their pronunciation and you can correct people if they're wrong

example:
eibach = "i-bahhhk" (hard one to spell)

Re: Correct brand name pronunciation
now, for enkei, is it "en-kee" or "en-kay"

as for the rest of the stuff, i just use japanese pronunciation for most things.. hell, we have japanese cars, so a majority of the stuff is japanese made.. especially stuff like mugen and tein (moo-gen and tain, as mentioned above)..

and apex'i is short for apex integration.. so saying the short form would be "a-pex-ee" i guess.. lol

a japanese guy recently came to my house and bought some enkei wheels I had, and he called them en-kee, so i'm assuming that's how you say it. he was speaking japanese to his wife whenever he wasn't speaking to me.

in japanese, the "i" doesn't make an "eye" sound.

Re: Correct brand name pronunciation
im sure your damn wrong. pronounce it however u want, but it is moogan. just because u have heard it pronounced wrong thousands of times doesnt mean it is correct. it is often pronounced wrong with those in the "know"
