$1600 for what?
So i was talkin with my good friend at the local auto shop around here, and was tellin him about the exciting news that Gude has brought to us. Turns out he is a personal friend of the Gude's. He knows them from way back apparently. Anyways, i asked him how good this would actually be for my car (2k1 EX 5-speed). He said wonderful!! if you want to spend a lot of money. Tell me more i said. Atleast in california...anyone with this package WONT pass SMOG. So what you're sayin is, im gonna fork out $1600 for the head package, then how ever much for install, then send away my stock parts to Gude, only to go out and buy more stock parts and have them installed in 4 years time just so i can pass SMOG? Thats a lot of cash to put out, and a big hassle.
Just thought that i should bring that to your attention. Maybe everyone knew that already, but if you didnt i hope that gives you guys something to think about before you put down all your money.

Rep Power: 0 That is exactly why I wouldn't live in California. Seriously though, if anyone with our cars is really going to go all out for performance they will violate the smog laws pretty bad since it is ULEV.
