Civic front seats.

Civic front seats.
Just got an 02 civic lx. The front seats are uncomfortable, although almost new, and i sit high in the seat. I keep reading posts suggesting replacing seats. Has anyone tried removing foam from the seats for height and replacing hard foam with softer foam for comfort?? Can it be done and how hard is it??

Rep Power: 0 Im sure it can be done, but I would think replacing the foam would let the frame of the seat stick through, which would be uncomfortable!
I don't much like the civic seats either, but Im going the easy route and replacing them with some leathers from an RSX. Im going to get the back redone in leather, and the door skins. I think it'll look awsome, and be A LOT more comfortable then stock!
