ok heres the story

i have been staying at my cousins house that he rents for the last 2 weeks because my new apartment that i am suppose to be living in isn't done remodeling. They told me the 14 of july and now they say the 24. so now im stuck at my cousins for another week.

heres the deal

the owner of the house stays next door and wants me out for no reason b/c he says he doesnt have to give me one. i even help pay for rent and he still wants me out of there. i dont bother him or anything. I go to school, work and sleep.. Half the time im not even there, but he insist i have to get out or he will call the PoPo (police). He comes and knocks on the door at ridicoulous times asking questions about how long im staying and all that bull. I told him the 14 and he came today knocking at 7 in the morning telling me i have to get out. He says this is his house and he puts who he wants in it. I think hes racist (i'm asian). So i go and bitch him out and says my cousin rents this house and he can do whatever. So he tells me all this police ****. and then i agree just so he leaves. and i close the door and he says dont slam the door at me outloud. I ignore.

heres the question

can he do that? with my cousin renting the house and all. He's like harassing us by knocking everyday at ridiculouis times (sometiems 2 in the morning)and asking all these questions. Walking around our house . Telling my cousin he cant have friends over at night and they cant stay even if there drunk. and his only answer is that this is his house and hes calling the police. So do i have to leave if he says so?
