They're simply advertising in gay publications. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Subaru did this back in the day, with some tv ad with a gay dude in it, and therefore a lot of gay people drive subarus. doesn't mean their cars are bad or anything. toyota has a share in subaru now too, so maybe they are opening up to the idea of advertising in gay publications.

I was watching being john malkovich a while back, with out realizing it was on the homo logos channel, and saw a gay commercial, laughed my *** off LOL

I saw a sunset and two dudes and was like wtf? I then realized what channel it was.
