I hate that too, and also if you are driving along behind somone and no matter how much room there is between you and the guy in front of you, you hear this "SNAP!" a stupid rock hits your car, I hate that soooooo much. Makes me wonder how many dents and chips there are on my car now.

I've had that happen once, but it was when I was driving my Amigo. Thank God that it didn't hurt my car thou.

With my new car (Civic) I have to drive gravil sometimes and that pretty bad just hearing a few rocks hitting the wheelwell. I drive like 10-15 mph on them...then other thing I hate is that I have 4 nice paint chips on the right side of my car from other cars. One of them I was driving a nice curvey road behind one of my friends and theres a couple roads that are gravil that lead into the hwy we're on and there was the gravil road that lead into the hwy and there was a few good size rocks in the middle of the road and there was a on coming truck. The truck and I passed over it at the sametime and the truck shot a nice big rock right into the side of my car leaving 3 paint chips. Nothing I could do about it, it's not like he meant to.

The other is from this bastard that was a on coming car on a gravil road my g/f lives on. They just put new gravil on it so I was even driving slower and then this bastard that had to be going at least 50mph passed by me swerving and shooting rocks everywhere and shot a rock into the side of my car again. I looked into my mirror and he was still swaying back and farth but going up a hill. I felt like turning around and hunting the bastard down and beating the sh*t out of him. He hurt my car and with that kind of driving he could hurt someone else and himself.

there is a dent under my drivers door about 8 inches long and 1 inch deep (its where the side skirts bolt to, and yes, they will cover it ) from a big rock that fell off a dump truck, I started to slow down but the road was icy and I lost control and the car hit the rock at an angle.... its ugly but is hard to see and when i get cash an oem bodykit will cover it nicely
