Copy of email to procarparts.com (kinda long)
"To whom it may concern:
First off, I have tried calling all week with no luck. Your customer support is one of the worst I have ever seen! Do you guys even have more than one phone line?
I have dried the light with a hairdryer and fixed the light, then replaced the bulb. A month later and alot of emails to you, it is fixed with no help from you. I will not be recommending your business to anyone. These lights are not the quality you advertise and you do not stand behind them. You asking me to break open a new light is ridiculous. After I said I would not, you reply over a week later with "We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, even OEM lights leak sometimes". This is totally made up on your part and just a ploy to make me go away. Asking a customer with new part for pictures is also out of line, and just another excuse to buy time after I wouldn't break open the light.
You have ask me and other people with different problems for pictures. Then after they send them, you say that you can't see them clearly. I have seen the pictures other people have sent you, and I can only say you need another monitor because most were clear as day. Your reply emails are obviously "copy and paste", as I have received the same emails as other people for totally different problems.
No reply is needed, as they are unhelpful and a complete waste of my time. Attached is just some recent replies to your service, and I have copies of over 20 emails about your customer service and parts from other people. It also appears you have more complaint emails then you can handle and that is why there is no help, or you flat out couldn't care less.
I have contacted my credit card and cancelled payment. You can deal with them on this matter as I have nothing further.

SWEEEEEET!!!!!! way to break their *****!!
what you should really do is report them to the BBB (Better Business Bereau)...im not sure if they can do anything but doesnt hurt to try.
What is gonna happen when they contest the fact that you canceled payment? Can they sue you or anything??

01CivicMike: YOU ARE THE MANNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!

Very NICELY DONE!
And the last line about how an unhappy customer will tell the world <------------ Nice Touch!
You weren't disrespectful at all, yet you got your point across in a stern way.

excellent work my friend. i have had various problems with internet suppliers etc, not with procarparts.com, but thats because i have heard so many bad things i never bothered. your email to them was well written and had a very mature tone to it. job well done.

There was another post where I first emailed them, sorry I didn't post the link.
They are the black projectors and the driver's one leaked and blew out the light. Dual function as a fish bowl!!
I was very nice in the beginning and felt that I just got a bad one. Probably got thrown around by UPS or something- none the less it wasn;t my fault and I should not have to fix it and wait for weeks for a reply. I was emailing them like every other day with no response!!
The credit card will just get their side of the story - then they will probably just pay them anyways. I am not sure about that, I just told them I wanted to dispute it and they took the info.

where exactly as the leak at? just around the seal, or was it from the rear, around where the bulbs go in? i am curious because i probably have the same ones. i guess i sould seal them with a little extra silicon. could you tell it wa leaking before the bulb ctually blew. was it a gradual condensatio build up or was it leaking like a siv?
