my friends kit had the same problem.
it melted where it was touching. all he had to do was shave enough of the bumper so it isnt touching.

Rep Power: 0 Either you can do that or pick up some self adhesive chrome. They sell it somewhere for problems like that. Not really sure who ao where but I have seen it. It attaches to the bottom lip and helps to keep the heat off.
