Still no Si's...
you'd think they'd at least have been unloaded to prepare for prepping for Honda's release date of Feb 28th. Thought I would at least be able to get pics I could use for my review.
Nada. Went and talked to both of my insiders at the two Honda dealers where I live, and no word, no sign of the new Si.

Rep Power: 349 I was jsut at the honda dealer in my town and they said they dont get any untill mid april and they only get one and its already taken too.

College Hills Honda has 1 coming...and the second doesn't come till april
im thinking if they only get one...it won't even be available for a test drive

Rep Power: 0 um yea, 2 days. If you read I said I assumed it would be in Prep, not ready to sell yet, as I was hoping to scope it out before the public did, however both of my contacts said they'd call me as soon as they have one come off the truck.
It dosn't bother me to wait, im just going up to test drive and post a review - I'll take my 6th gen over this hatch anyday.

Rep Power: 0 Since you're already so biased towards the 99-00 Si's without having yet driven the new one, how much of a neutral review of the 02 Si are you planning to write? (looks aside, of course... )
And also, if your Si is already modded up, there's no way that 02 Si tester will match the HP that you're used to having in yours, so there's another negative on the new Si from your point of view.

not confirmed or anything...but...the delay may be due to the work being done on the gearboxes of the Si's
much like the s2000s and the rsx-s...a problem with a grind going from 1st to 2nd gear is being worked on...
i guess we'll know for sure on the 28th
