Need Some thoughts

Ok, I was actually debating on wether or not to sell my 7th gen. I found an 05 Nissan sentra se-r spec v with 19k miles for 9,000. It was in a mild accident(All perfectly repaired) Runs/idles nice, Flawless interior, engine bay is nice, clean no rust. The only downside is there is minor mold inside due to a window being left down. My friends neighbor actually does work to get rid of that for around 100 bucks, and he gaurantees his work. SO does this sound like a good idea? It seems like basically a new car for 9,000. Idk, thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

the spec-v is a cool car, i would do some research on the car, and ask people on some spec-v boards about any things to look out for.
good luck
