my take:
rear is just a bloated RDX concept tails. front is a rip of sports 4 concept and next gen NSX rumor pics, well i guess that is the new face of acura. bear in mind though that concept is way futuristic than the production model. look at the rdx concept, that looked so freaking nice but they toned it down a lot into the production model. the looks of the headlights hasn't grown into me yet, but the MDX concept looks promising IMO.

I felt the tail lights looks like the Subaru B9 Tribeca, and the front lights are alright, but the grill is oddly huge. But overall, smoother than the current model.

Quote: In 2006, Acura will introduce two all-new models - the 2007 Acura MDX and the completely new RDX premium entry SUV. Equipped with an innovative new 2.3-liter turbocharged engine and Super Handling All-Wheel Drive, the RDX combines sport-utility function with sports sedan handling and performance. The RDX will launch this summer as a 2007 model.

Thats definitely new. Since when has Honda/Acura had factory turbocharged engines?

Turbo's aren't that common in the Honda line-up, but Honda has used turbos before in production cars. They've been used in Japan in several cars. Most of them only had mild boost. A turbocharged 4 cylinder should theroretically be lighter than the only other option the J35, 3.5L V6 Honda crams into other high torque applications.
