It's made so people can see you from behind in heavy fog. So you don't get rear ended, or you don't rear end someone, and end up in a 200 car pile-up.
The last time i saw one was on a 05 Range Rover. It would be awesome to have on our cars.

i have not seen this one yet, a lock for the glove box!!!! i am sure everyone would want one!! i don't know why civics don't have them in the first place
although i am not sure about you making keys for them, that might be too much of a painstakingly long task for, but i think a good idea nonetheless!!!

ya that might look like you have your brakes on and only one side works lol. I got my order of LEDs today so time to start experimenting. I still need more tho and oh yea resistors.
your first ground wiring kit, for the coils......all you need to do is sell one wire from valve cover to chassis ground, the valve cover is a common ground and the three wires going from coil to coil are doint the same job as the cover. it looks pretty though

Just want some Nice lights, would love the option to buy a new set of headlights that come with hids, and are easy to adjust. And most important of all, completely Plug And Play!!

very strange. that looks like the cf racing intake i always see on ebay except the cut the middle out and put some can. that is a terrible intake. that filter is just gonna cook in there. I think I'm gonna try and make an engine heat shield like that. seems like a good idea to keep heat away for short rams.
Gearbox bro, how about this setup?

In case you not know the steel casing is a heat shield. Air drawn in from front via the air ram improves cold air induction. On a hot sunny day outdoor temp at 30'C intake temp during a stand still heavy traffic jam was only recorded 33'C !!!! See R-Vit reading...BEAT THAT!

Stainless steel tube behind is actually a vacuum tank.

vacuum tank for what? see its kinda like this one just hacked up. and that metal thing is gonna get very hot under there. its better to just have the filter open so air circulates at least. this whole design is bad because air doesn't flow much where the inlet is.

hmm well yea any intake stays cold on a cold day. there is enough cold to keep the heat down. mine is ice cold even after a long drive. its when the summer comes that temps rise above 100. in the end its just another intake. on these cars its maybe a few hp difference. ha yea i've tried 4 intakes and the weapon-r is pretty good. always like to try new stuff tho.
Hi Gearbox I'm writing this from my country just 2' north of equator...daily average temp 25-30'c in fact no cold air here so a good intake to prevent heat soak is important.
2 points to note Gearbox of your setup:

1) This version is the first version of aero foam design. The red circles depicts the weak links. They will crack in no time due to engine vibration. A is bolted to the front frame while B is bolted to intake / engine bolt....one's vibrating and moving during drive while the other's not. We tested and sold many of such and received million complains and returns. Hope you get the idea.
2) filter as long as fully enclosed with not perform at higher speeds/rev i.e. runs outta breath
lastly Working Principle of Vacuum Tank.
Construction: Its a cylindrical tank with outlets on each side.
Installation: Its mainly connected on to the Intake Manifold either at the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) or before the Brake Booster. It must be fitted after the Throttle.
Theory: How the Engine Control Unit (ECU) manages the Engine in this aspect.
The ECU is directly reading and controlling the engine. One of the main parameter is the amount of air intake. It is being measured by the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor. This reading is used for many aspect of decision.
For this topic, we will only talk about Vacuum Tank effects on Air quantity related decision. One of the most important actuation that air quantity/pressure is the gear shift pattern on Automatic Transmission. The Transmission Control Unit (TCU) 'borrowed' the signal from the ECU and read it as Load Sensor. Base on this Load Reading, it will decide on when to upshift or downshift.
When your throttle is closed, the pressure will drop (vacuum high), this mean the load is LOW. When you fully open your throttle, the pressure will rise (vacuum low), this mean the load is HIGH. Base on this reading, the TCU will shift its gear according to the parameter set on the Shift Pattern Map.
What the Vacuum Tank had done is enlarging the size of the Intake Manifold. By doing this, pressure inside the Manifold will increase (vacuum decrease) on the same degree of opening of the throttle body. With the change in pressure reading, the parameter in the Shift Pattern Map will be breach earlier, making the TCU upshifting or downshift earlier. This will give the driver a sense of 'early' power and torque.
Theoretically, vacuum tank should not have impact on fuel consumption(FC), but however, if the driver can make fully use of the advantage of early torque and make the best out of his driving situation, FC can still be improve, be it an auto or manual transmission car.
HOpe this info helps!

some updates. would anyone be interested in using those silverstar signals? I found a way to transplant them into a 7443 housing (since sylvania doesn't make em for imports). One problem is the bulb size which may not fit in the bulb socket hole. It might need trimming to fit. But its an idea...

i made a white led 168 license plate light but it doesn't seem like it would work. the light is too dim. i compared them to my raybrig 2x clear bulbs which are brighter than stock. The leds are still too dim even tho its the brightest avilable. so i gotta come up with something else.
