I got $3500 for a 96 Civic HX that had no mechanical problems, lots of dings and scratches, 212k miles, and was totally stock. If that gives you any indication of what you can get for yours... the blue book site is great for a basis though. My 96 was valued at from $2500 - $3000 depending on what I put in for body condition.
