Apparantly they still have a way to go w. those, hence the 10-15yrs release date, they're supposed to be really loud, or something to that effect.

It wouldn't work if it were low profile, that polyurethane structure gives where the wheel touches the road to disperse the force, if they were "low profile" then they wouldn't be able to give as much, if you put a wheel on that covered up that structure then your wheel would touch the ground because the tire has that "give".

Yeah I saw that, but it's been a few years since I've been into those, so I don't know that latest models.
