HELP! need AEM cai installation instructions
I need to take off my aem cai so I can take it to the dealership for work. they threw a fit that I had it o last time and said they will do no more work on my car if I leave it on. if you could post it here or email it to benjaminheady@hotmail.com i would appreciate it. also it is a 2dr ex 5spd.
Thank You in advance

Do your de-install in the reverse order you put it on! If you didn't install it take the filtr off, unbolt it from the mount, loosen all hose clamps and slide it out carefully, so you don't scratch it.

I know how to take the cai off its putting the stock intake back on thats going to be the problem. I have it in a bag and nothing is labeled. I have some idea about how it goes back on but a diagram is what I really need. Thank you for all the help .

You could always just take the lower tube off, and convert it to a SRI.
The dealer shouldn't have a problem w/ the short.
Someone on here once said they talked to the dealership about short vs. cold, and they said that the CAI voids the warrenty on the engine because of risk of water/hydrolock, but the Short doesn't have that risk and is ok by the dealer.
hell, even my dealer is selling a 2k2civic EX Auto w/ an AEM Short, neon, lowerd, 17" wheels, tinted, and sound system, for over $20k
So you might luck out with less work involved.
