I am certain that Japan had 4 door Type-R's. Here's a post on honda-tech: http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1396674

Type-R's have always been the smallest wheelbase, lightest vehicle type of their name-sake. Honda Civic Type-R's have always been 3 door hatchbacks. NSX's and RSX's/Integras have been coupes. The only 4 door available was the Accord, not our Accord, but the Japanese/Euro Accord Type-R.
As for Integra sedans outside of the US, I highly doubt it because Integra sedans have only been sold in North America.

go to evolutionimports.com and they have all the jdm right hand drive hondas you want. They can even get you in a new integra type r for 28,000 i think or in that ballpark. They got skylines, subes, toyotas, so if you want a jspec car then these are the guys that can get it and import it for you-even turn it into left hand drive if you want. They also have a good used car section(check out the baby skyline and the toyota gs-my favs on the site)
