Sport Compact Pro "sponsorship" legit?

hey guys, you know i was really curious as to what you guys thought about Sport Compact Car Pro sponsorship, their website is http://www.needsponsors.com/page1.html i wasn't sure about it but i sent in an application oct 26 from what they said, and i got a call today saying that they're able to sponsor me up to $10k of stuff for my car, the catch being i need to pay $84 i think... and that i need to attend 4 or some # of car shows/ races in the next year, i said i'd call back but what do you guys think?? my first thought was... why would they want to sponsor a civic, not saying it's a bad car, but they have so many other cars they could possibly sponsor that're more "in" in the import scene right now..

see the other catch is they dont give you 10k dollars they give you a percentage off of parts from specific places. most of the parts they offer are made by p.o.s. companies that you dont want anyway. my advice is forget about it save your money and buy what u want.

its not a real sponsership if you pay them. to get a real sponser your car has to be ****ing badass they see you at a show then give you parts so that you rep their company. if you have to pay a company its just a cheap scam so youll buy their crappy products
