Shifter questions

Lately i have noticed that when im shifiting gears it requires a little more force to get into gear. Like when i hit neutral between gears it hesitates for a second and requires slightly mroe force to get it to push into the next gear. Now im not having to force it, it goes in normally. Im just wondering if this is normal or if i have a tranny problem developing. Also, could this be from not changing the tranny fluid at the recommended mileage?

could be the fluid, but it can also be wear and tear.... I know in older cars, it becomes more and more difficult to get into certain gears.... but not in a car as young as yours.
