If you're replacing blown shocks with good ones, then the clunky noise will be eliminated or at least lessened.

gtracing is an unknown quantity at this point
so ur using neuspeed springs, with oem struts? bad idea...

anyways, did you notice the clunking noise before the struts were blown? or did it occure after the struts were blown? If the clunking noise was always there since the beginning, then it obviously means that the springs were installed incorrectly. If you want a good strut, i'd suggest you look into some koni yellows, actually buying some coilovers.

well when i got the springs installed the shop said the springs are shorter than the shocks, that's why it made the clunking noise

^ make sure the shocks are blown before you conclude they are lol
because i thought mine were blown before, but actually they were not .. haha
but anyways, aftermarket springs on oem shocks ain't a good idea anyways

the tokico (i forgot the model.. HP? blues? whatever, check out the tokico website) , i think is pretty good for the price, for normal daily drive with a mild drop

If you have noice comming from your front suspention after getting lowered, it means struts were not assembled right. Here is why. &th gen civics have special markins on the bottom and top of the strut. If they do not line up, then strut will make noise, the top part of the strut will hit srtut cup on every bump.
This is very common issue with 7th gen, After I had mine strrust alligned, problem solved.
Probably your struts not blown as yet.
With mild drops 1-1.5" struts can last for quite a bit.
