Door sills..... part name?!

can anyone tell me the name of the part thats in the door sill... the plastic part at the bottom...

i've seen sum on ebay that says civic and glows neon skyblue.......
you can hook it up to a switch or door lights

I like the momo door sills.......they come in polished, cf, checkered, and something else I think. check out on ebay.
