pure sex..... five star rating too
personally I would go with the 749 model

749's are considered by many to be better than the 999

whitecastle, that last link was to a supersport not a monster, monsters are more of the pure exposed muscle no flash machines. thats why i like them and probably why the threadstarter likes them
Well first of all the monster 620 ie is one of the best motorcycles to learn on. Smooth Throttle response, because of the v twin design, good brakes, and surpreme handleing. down sides are every 2000 miles of so you need to have the vavles adjusted. go to the dealer once and watch him perform the procedure. then on do it your self if you have a nac for these things. the 620 monsters are cheap! your first bike is going to be used and there are a vast amount of 620, 750, and 900s out there.
i personaly have a 748, and idk what sweet is talking about with his throttle problems. but i have never experienced problems. good luck! try ebay and NON ducati dealers. ducati dealers tend to hike the price.

my friend has a ducati monster. sounds mean. my bikes sounds like a screaming bitch. at least my screaming bitch bike walks away from him on the track or canyon
he sold it, cause cost of maintance was too high. it was an older monster
so now he gets an 04 Aprillia Mille R Factory, $24k
