Hey guys just a stupid question.

What does the last gen supra redline at? Also do you have an pictures of the tach? I'm just trying to get some info on the sc300 and supra tachs (I'm sure you can see where this leads to). Thanks guys.

I just googled it and it looks like 6800 rpm. Where r u going with this?.... swap of tachs?

You can smuggle bananas and mexicans but can;t find a tach? HAHA JK i know there is a 10K TRD tach for teh supras that you can find online for around $285. i will try to find you a pic. I am in the office now and don;t have time to screw off... much.

No, I'm nopt looking for a new tach. I'm comparing the tachs between the lexus sc300 and the supra. they look to be almost the same redline, since that lexus caries the N/A version supra engine. I just wanted to make sure the redlines were kinda close if theres a swap involved to the 2jz so I don't have to change the 300 tach.

Hmmm lol, I don't wanna go to the Supra forums so they call me an idiot. BUT... I'm wondering if the 2JZ-GE, which is the N/A version of the supra TT engine, I'm wonder if single turbo conversions for the TT will work on the N/A 2JZ-GE. I mean it looks like it would since it gets a new manifold and such... That HKS single turbo conversion is tempting, but I may opt to just run the boost logic kit.... I dunno lol
