Bolt-On's Do Not Count As Mods To Your Car. As some of you may have seen after reading my posts, there's a link to my for sale thread for my Si in my sig. When I go to shows now, I put a for sale sign on it along with a sheet describing all of the mods/contact info/price..etc along with already having it up for sale on forums.
Anyways....so Im at a show today with my girl standing right next to the car to listen to some feedback from people about it. This kid walks up with his boy, both looking like white trash, and starts reading my engine mods saying "bolt on , bolt on, bolt on....these dont even count as mods!" Then Im like wtf is this kid stupid?? I consider (and im sure all you guys do) a mod as being anything altered on the car that didnt come with it. After that he reads my listing of the "jdm intake manifold cover" and yes, its the IM cover that they put on the type-r's and i got it cause it color matches better with what i have....so this dude's like "jdm intake manifold cover?? whats that give you for horsepower? (in a sarcastic tone)
So at this point I wanna speak up, but I dont and just acknowledge his stupidity, laughing at him with my girl. It just burns me when I see/hear people hate on shyt that they dont understand. I have respect for all types of cars and always will.....but I would have loved to see what this kid was rolling in.

if i were to jump into a tC, it would just turn into another money pit and thats what i want to get away from.....also its having a lot of stupid little problems and its just the type of small headache shyt that i dont need.

anything you change is a mod, because you made a modification, even if you drill a ****ing hole through your radiator and put an axe through your dashboard its a mod lol.

its pretty nice , showcar wise. i see a ton of 7thgens everyday and always wonder if theyre on 7thgen civic. past few days ive seen zero gravitys 7thgen coupe like 3 times. (pichy's friend) anyways back to topic............
