answer my ?'s
just checking in the say wuzzz up i just got a 2005 civic ex se today and i was trying to find out where do i get the remote for the stock 6 disc changer ????? and what whould be my first affordable mod intake or short ram air and wht are the benifits of each
congrats on your new car. you might get about 1hp and .5 lb/ft of torque with an intake. is it worth it? i have one cause i like the sound. i wouldn't put a cold air intake on, it accumulates too much dirt. i would go for a short ram with a heat shield. good luck...
If you donnot have r/c cables in the back of your head unit, it will be a pain in the ***, and will not sound as good, so your wasteing potential of your amp. I am not sure about the 6 disc changer, you would have to take it out, and check it out. I am just trying to be honest, not tying to rain on your parade or anything, sometimes you can really f#ck **** up if your not careful with car audio, you could end up frying speakers, subs, and headunit.
well i know how to hook them up and how to make it look professional i just wanted input about the back of the head unit before i try to figure out how to pull it out of there

i got mine a couple of years ago at www.optauto.com. i think i paid $109 for the aem sri (short ram intake) w/o shipping. there are also other vendors on this site that have some good deals on stuff.
Also, pulling out head unit can be a pain in the **** in our cars, so look at some DIYs, and take it slow, cause there are some screws in weird places. Not sure about that 6 disc cd changer, thats why i say take it slow.
I don't dought that you can do a professional job, i have always been like that with car stuff, taking it slow, as not to screw **** up, cause sometimes i get carried away, and thats how you end up with blown ****, and regret.
