Spring Install

Well it took me FOREVER to do but I got some springs installed, only the front ones though; my car looks sooooo goofy Lowered in the front stock in the back, but hey i did it myself so oh well, but I have one question, the bolts on the top of the front strut towers need to be air wrenched off cuz by hand u just can't spin it enough.

My question is can I undo the back strut tower tops without needing an air gun? I wanna do the back tomorrow and but wanna know if im gonna have to wait till tuesday to have it done.

Thanks,

-Justin

You dont need to use an air gun on any of the bolts in the front or rear.

All you need is a little more Amrstrong .. either that or just use a handle 1/2" diameter steel pipe or even the whole in back of a long Adjustable wrench as an extension.. this will give you much more pulling force.. Also.. those trut bots have to be torqued pretty on.. If it's too tight it can over time cause problmes with the bearings (well if you can't get it off..I don't think you'll over tighten ..only way you really can is with a pneumatic impact wrench..

No I'm not callin you a weenie .. I use extension bars like that all the time, Takes less effort.. works well..

Cheers
