I found iridium spark plugs for sale on the eautowaorks web site. They are claiming that these plugs will shave up to .7 sec off acceleration times. Anyone know anything about this? I am very, very skeptical.... Check out the ad:

Do a search, some people say their car idles smoother, some say they noticed a gain... personallly I think its a waste of 30+ bucks. Buy beer instead

I have Iridium plugs in my 01 and believe it or not, they make the car idle and run smoother. I'm not sure about the .7 sec off acceleration though. The only downside to the plugs is.....man are they expensive considering the average plug costs $1.40.
