MaYbe NEW car
MaYbe NEW car
Hey guys i rarely post if ever......Ive been a member for few months now, had my civic for about yr and half.....01 ex 5 spd few mods intake, exhaust, rims, dropped 2 inches, diff piping, in dash screen wit dvd, lil system wit bazookas. m3 mirrors and eyelids.... i like the appearance of the car but just ... now that my job giving me a raise means 300 a month more to spend on new used car....i was thinking 350z or G35 coupe... i pay for my civic 260 a month....so with the extra 300.... ill have about 560 to spend on a car as monthly payments.....Will that be enough monthly to get one of these cars used????? and if it is which would you choose?

^^ What he said....Save the 300 extra a month and put it in an aggressive growth-minded portfolio and win big later on!! Or just boost you vic if you want more power or swap.
What car should I get??? I wouldnt mind Golf 1.8T or BMW 3 series used run me about 20g figure it would be around 400 a month in monthly payments....I really want another car. Is the 3 series a realiable car????a 2002????its a beauty...... Or anything else should i go for an RSX type S or WRX they wouldnt change my payments that dramastically. Yea you guys are right 500 a month not worth it.....but im willing 350 to 400.

if you still like the civic, keep it. if the civic hasnt given you any major problems since the day you bought it, thats a sign that says thats a good car and no need to sell and get something else.
its like a hot gf with great personality, you cant pass it up

If you insist on getting a new car....
I suggest splitting the difference. Pay 100 more/month in a car, and pocket the 200 or invest it wisely.
350/month amounts to about 19000 in principle when you start adding in finance charges. I don't think you'll be getting one of those used with that amount. The reality is, you really don't need anything else, and if you just stick the money in a savings account it'll add up really fast.
Then you can either use it for a big down payment on a G35 or the 42 inch plasma screen you've been eyeballing.

I really want to get a new car, and I can if I wanted to , but I decided to just save up for something bigger (buisness/house)
If you really want to get something new...how about a used WRX/type-s/gti/GSX ?
