i know some people are going to think i'm a load of it, but on my way to work today, i saw a convertible civic. it was a 94 or 95 ex coupe, in black with what looked like the top off a new VW cabrio. i had to do a double take, but i'm 100% positive it was a convertible civic. i think it might look alright with the top down, but when it was up, it was a load of laughs that kept me going through the day.

Rep Power: 0 yeah, this Civic with the soft-top is a 4dr too... i think it'd take a lot more than just a few to look good

Rep Power: 0 DUMB question... but while we're on the subject... would a targa top be possible with the Civic?? I can see why it wouldnt be cause of the door frame, but doesn't hurt to ask... lata

Rep Power: 0 you would probably have to get some custom doors or have a really retarted looking top for a targa to actually work. i think it might look... ok, but still wouldn't go for it with my car. imo, if the car doesn't come as a convert.. it wasn't ment to be a convert.

Rep Power: 0 << id try to get a photo for ya guys, but no camera up here at school.... >>
I've never seen that before. I thought you were talking about the del sol or something... (those a kew... I want one!) But see if you can get your hands on a camera! I have not seen a convertable 4th gen.
And if our 7th gens were converables? I dunno... I think the car's kinda bulky. (I'm thinking coupe of course!) I can't imagine it, sorry.

Rep Power: 0 honestly, that kid MAY have left after last semester cause i dont recall seeing it lately... but i will def keep my eye's open... anyways, so u can make a visual, it's a grey 4dr., possibly 90ish, with a black cloth roof and metal trim
Sorry to this owner, but this civic =

i'm with you man, that sounds butt ugly for a civic. but the one i saw was a black coupe with a black top, looked pretty good, but too much like the VW cabrio. i still wouldn't go for it.

Rep Power: 0 lol a rag top civic... sounds kinda cool. but i would be concerned with the amount of flex the frame is gonna have if the roof was taken off. its like taking the lid off a shoe box, when it off the box has a greater tendancy to torque and flex around. may look cool on a civic but might be a pain in the *** in the long run... i say save up and buy a s2k
