headlight

hey i have had some tyc black headlights for a while now and the big right light went out im guessing i need a new bulb but i dont know what kind of bulb to buy and how much it will cost...also is this hard to install ???? thanks for the help.

uuuuuhhhh... these projectors? or oem style just black? i know on the oems, you have to take the bumper off to change the bulbs its easy, couple of plastic clips and liek 8 screws.

they are projecters yea i put the lights on i was just wonder is hard to take apart the light

TYCs use H1 for low beam and High beam

they use h1, i had my tycs for only like 2 or 3 monthes and the damn bulb went out so i went to walmart and go figure they the only ones they had were sylvania silverstars, h1, u buy them per bulb. like 20-25 a bulb. and then u just pop the hood, take the plastic thing off from behind the light. disconnect the wire that connects to the back of the bulb. squeeze the wire that holds the bulb in place and then pull the bulb out. then i would recommend practicing with the old bulb puttin it back in with out touching anything so the bulb doesn't explode when u put the new one in cuz its a very tight space to get ur hand back into with all the stuff in the engine, especially the driver side one. just dont do it too much or itll break. happened to break on me but i got it out with tweezers. then just put the new bulb in, wire to hold it, connect the wire to power it, just slides right on and then the plastic thing to cover everything and ur set.
