Kazell did it.
You'll need a new wiring connect for it. He used to make one, don't know if he still does.
You'll also need a new custom bezel for it as well i believe.

yeah, it was kazell. i bought one from balistek that kazell sold to him. basically it is an rsx cluster, a custom fabbed mount, and a custom fabbed gauge bezel, and the civic cluster connectors rewired to work with the rsx connectors. it cost me about 290, i got it a few weeks ago.
i dont know if kazell would be able to make them anymore, i talked to him last week, and i guess he sold his vic last saturday, and he now drives a toyota solara v6.
let me go take a picture of mine real quick and post it up

there it is...rewiring it would be pretty easy, but the custom fab stuff is the hard part, unless you are good with that. right now, there are 4 7thgens that have rsx clusters in them..me, kazell's car, xam, and someone else (kazell told me this). i kinda wish i had the rsx base cluster, so the redline was correct. also note the 496.0 miles on the trip meter, yes, that is on this tank so far, with a little left. no joke.

also, kazell was trying to get the s2k cluster to work with our cars, but he gave up because the s2k has too many differences in technology and whatnot (speed sensor, vss, vtec, etc.)
