If I had the money and bought it, I'd totally put it in a car. I hate it when people take perfectly good pieces of equipment and keep them like life is a museum. It would go nicely in a 2005 Mustang show-car. You cannot beat the wow-factor of a GT engine in a Mustang if you're into pony cars.

right on. if i was rich and had that kind of money to throw into my car, i'd buy it and swap it into a new mustang. that alone will get you any sponsor you want.

Wonder if anyone knows its not worth more than $10,000 since you can get a for crate engine and a supercharger kit for it with close hp for under $10,000.
That and for generally sucks.

I just can't believe the crap being spuded forth here. Its a ****ing Ford GT motor, not some Ford "crap box" motor, not some generic create motor, it's a damn super car motor.
Can you imagine that thing in a Mustang? gooooooo!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this engine is not a great engine. For those who think they can make a better engine, I dare you to try. The 10k engine will be far more peaky and have far far inferior power bands. You can not build an engine like this without dumping $100,000's if not millions into R&D. I know this, but I also say, this engine has no value to me. What am I gonna do with that? IT's great eninge and it's probably a steal at only $30k, but you need a $100k chasis to drop it into to make extrac the full potenial it has, I don't have any of the above, hence it's worthless for me.
